Preparing the Walls

On 16 May 2026, our team performed cleaning, repairing, and repainting to prepare the walls for the mural. Our deepest gratitude to MCI Paints for the special collaboration and generous sponsorship of all the paint materials to refresh the walls and bring the mural to life.

Volunteers Add Their Touch

Volunteers from JKM Petaling then gathered on the Saturday morning of 1 August 2026, picking up their brushes and adding their own touch to the mural. Our heartfelt thanks to En. Perkas Rao, Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat Daerah Petaling, for bringing the volunteers together and supporting this meaningful initiative.

Sharing the moment: volunteers and young helpers painting side by side.

Every brushstroke, every bit of colour, every helping hand made the mural even more special.

And together, we created a magical lasting moment for years to come for the family and the kids who require care and special needs. 🌈

Making a difference doesn’t require something extraordinary. It simply requires us to show up, care, and give what we can. The “Lively” mural will surely bring Happiness, Joy and Smiles.

With sincere thanks to MCI Paints, the volunteers of JKM Petaling, and En. Perkas Rao, Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat Daerah Petaling.
